Founder's Building is home to two venues:
Crosslands
Crosslands is a stylish bar near the main Visitors’ Centre. It’s named after the architect William Henry Crossland, who designed the Founder's Building. In the morning, you can enjoy porridge, pastries and bacon rolls. Hot drinks are served all day and hot food from lunchtime, including soups, salads, pizzas and sandwiches. In the evening, Crosslands transforms into a fun and relaxed student bar serving cocktails, draught and bottled drinks, with a pool table.
Founder's Dining Hall
Founder's has been serving student meals since 1886 and you can still dine in Victorian splendour today. It is the main dining hall for residents living in Founder's during term time, and there's a discount for all students if you use your campus account to pay.
There is a wide variety including healthy options and world cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
