This publication specifically addresses a gap in the market for easy-to-consult and reasonably priced manuals for domestic and international higher-education students, early career researchers and academics new to the field, as well as paralegals, junior legal professionals and non-legal professionals, including bankers and accountants. This is because the manual adopts a hybrid, law-in-books and law-in-practice approach.
